Service Re-Do Policy.

I strive to offer my clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of the service and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. I will do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your hair, but I do not give refunds for services provided.

Cencelation Policy

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my clients, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice (or fail to show up), a $50 service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
