New Client Guide
This page will guide you through selecting a stylist, choosing your service, and booking your first appointment so that you feel confident throughout the process.
Find the Stylist that’s right for you.
Selecting the stylist who best suits your personality and hair needs is the first step to achieving the ideal hairstyle and beginning a lasting stylist-client relationship.
You can get to know our stylists through their bio pages, linked below. There, you’ll learn about their industry experience, lives, what hair types they prefer to work with, and more. Marissa and Erica are seasoned professionals, so the key to deciding between them could be as simple as discovering who you’d enjoy spending time with during your service.

COLOR
Full or Partial Highlight
Balayage, ombre, babylights, teasy-lights, and money-piece are all highlights you may have heard of. A general rule of thumb; if you want to go lighter in any way, you need to book as a “highlight.”
Base Color
This is for clients who want to be one color all over. Examples are copper, brunette, covering those pesky grays, etc.
Toner
Gloss and toner are frequently used words when discussing toners. This is a refreshment service most used on blondes or to subtly refresh ends.
CUT
Short Haircut
Any above-the-ear cut.
Long Haircut
Any cut below the ear—this includes bobs, lobs, some pixie haircuts, and any time you want to make a chop going from long to short.
Book your first appointment.
Please note that new color clients may need to book a consultation with your stylist to determine how much time and products will be needed to achieve your desired look. Check their stylist page to see New Client policies!
Now that you’ve decided on your stylist and service, you’re ready to book!
Each of our stylists is an independent business owner who maintains their own hours, policies and services. You can find information regarding each stylist’s cancellation, booking, no-show policies and more on their individual stylist pages, along with their contact information. Please contact your stylist directly for questions regarding services and appointments.
